When do I get the game keys?

The game keys you purchase from the price list are immediately allocated to your account. The activation codes will, however, be sent to you at the period mentioned in the offer if you place a custom order. After submitting a payment, you can see all of your activation codes under the My Order page.

Can I cancel my order?

If the activation codes are not provided on time, you may always cancel your order. The money owed will be added back to your account balance. Order cancellation is not allowed after the activation codes have been delivered to your account.

How do I upload a batch of activation codes?

You may submit hundreds of activation codes at once instead of adding codes one at a time: to upload files to the system, you can choose any number of files from a folder. You can add all of the folder's files from your computer's hard drive by uploading the folder. Remember that each activation code must be on a separate line.

What if I cannot find the product I am looking for?

If you cannot find the product you are looking for, you can submit a request to our team. We will do our best to locate the product from our network of suppliers and make it available for purchase on our platform.

Something is wrong with my key. What should I do?

If the key seems to have been used, please send a screenshot of your client's discussion with Origin, Steam, uPlay, etc., support showing their response to the activation date. If there were no issues with duplication in their system, the activation date would assist in resolving the problem because authorized distributors supply our game keys.

How do I know if the game key is valid in my country?

On the price list, select the Region section. Make sure to check the publisher's website for possible region limitations. You should also ensure the game key may be used on the intended platforms before you purchase it. For example, some games are only redeemable on the platform provided by the creator but not on Steam, Origin, Uplay, or Battle.net.

Can I pay in a currency other than EUR?

We only accept payments in EUR at the moment. However, your bank will convert any foreign currency transfers you make into EUR using the market rate at the time. For further information, please get in touch with your bank. We suggest using services like Transferwise if you want to reduce your currency exchange costs.

What should I do if the game key is not working in my country?

We offer all video games in their original, uncut form. Remember that if a game key is restricted in a particular nation, such as Germany, Australia, or Japan, it cannot be redeemed there. We also disclaim all liability if you purchase games that are region-locked. Please ensure a game key you want to buy doesn't have any region limitations before you buy it.

Can I change my order once I submit it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. Therefore, please double-check your order before submitting it to ensure all information is correct. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer support for assistance.

How do I start selling on CodesWholesale?

If you are a game designer, vendor, or wholesale firm, you can begin selling game activation codes on GamesCodeSale. First, sign up on our website and request a supplier account in the Account Details section. Are there any charges and fees for using your platform?

There are no charges or fees for using GamesCodeSale. As a seller, you can sign up for free and receive the selling price you've set for your game codes without any commission or additional charges.

How do you set prices on the platform?

Sellers are free to set their prices for game activation codes. However, we provide price recommendations based on market trends and historical data to help sellers maximize their profits. The final decision on pricing remains with the sellers.

I have uploaded my activation keys, but not so many people buy them. What can I do?

Consider adjusting the prices of your activation keys to remain competitive in the market, and try to promote them on social media and other platforms. It may also be worth revising the descriptions of your products to make them more appealing to potential buyers.

What happens if there is something wrong with my game keys?

After receiving a complaint from a customer, GamesCodeSale will inform you via email, and you'll have 48 hours to respond. If no response is received, the customer will be refunded. If a refund or replacement is granted, €1 per game key will be deducted from your account balance as an additional charge.
