Definitions
Our platform operator is ALFA ONLINE Sp. z o.o..
Platform – a collection of associated websites that are accessible via gamescodesale.com.
User – every individual or business using the portal's features registered with the site and has an active "User" account.
Terms of Use – This Agreement sets forth the platform's terms of use and the rights and obligations of Users and the platform's operator.
Account – an account on the gamescodesale.com platform via which the User can use the platform's features.
1. TERMS USE AND ACCEPTANCE
- The User understands that signing up for the platform entails wholly and unconditionally accepting the Terms of Use.
- The User acknowledges to the platform's owner that he is at least 18 years old or of any age permitted to enter into a contract under the laws of the nation under his jurisdiction.
- The User certifies to the platform's owner that he is an entrepreneur and accepts the Terms of Use. Suppose a user uses the platform on behalf of a third party. In that case, they certify to the platform's owner that they have the third party's consent to bear any obligations associated with signing contracts on their behalf. Such User's acceptance of the Terms of Use constitutes the third party's acceptance.
- The platform's owner reserves the right to amend or update the Terms of Use at any time without providing prior notice to the User. As a result, each User must review the Terms of Use periodically.
- The User acknowledges that when using the site, they may get information via e-mail or other channels of communication from various providers.
2. FEES
- The User does not bear the costs associated with using the platform.
- The User has three options for adding money to their wallet: bank transfer, PayPal, or Skrill. Users who select the second or third payment method affirm that they have read and agreed to the terms of use for these services, which are available on the provider's websites.
- Any withdrawal of money from the User's account may result in fees from PayPal or their bank.
- The User affirms that they will only use funds obtained from legitimate sources to pay for all items he purchases on the platform.
- The User certifies that they are aware that purchasing any of the products made accessible on the site requires payment.
3. CREATING AN ACCOUNT
The User must complete the registration form on the https://gamescodesale.com/register website to create an account. You must accurately complete all of the sections on the registration form, including the company name, e-mail address, password, and the website where you intend to sell your codes for the registration to be processed. When filling out the form, users who want to sell codes on the platform should check the "User&Seller" box. After registering, each User's account can be upgraded to the seller's account.
Activating the account can take up to 24 hours (if all fields have been correctly filled in). The platform's owner maintains the right to extend the period for verifying provided data. Please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] if you have any questions about activation.
The platform's owner maintains the right to prevent account activation without giving the User an explanation.
By requesting the submission of pertinent documents, including details such as the address of the company's headquarters, registration of the subject within the relevant register, tax identification number, and contact information, the platform operator is authorized to verify the information provided by Users. Therefore, a refusal to activate the account could be due to a failure to submit the necessary papers.
Once the procedure of reviewing the received documents and activating the account has been completed successfully, full access to the site is available.
The User must always have a working e-mail address associated with their account.
If the User violates the Terms of Use, the platform's operator maintains the right to block that User's account.
Users are not permitted to access or use other Users' accounts or the accounts of third parties.
The User has the right to see his data, amend it, demand that it not be used going forward, and have his account deleted.
The platform's operator owns the User's account, which may be deleted without reason.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PLATFORM USE.
Gamescodesale.com and the platform's operator reserve all rights not expressly granted in the Terms of Use.

The platform is accessible every day of the year, twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
If any of these events occur independently from the platform operator, the platform operator is not responsible for the loss of the service or the losses of Users.

The User affirms that they will not perform any activities that can jeopardize the interests of gamescodesale.com and the platform's operator.
5. COMPLAINTS
User has the right to complain if they are unhappy with the purchased product. E-mail should be used to submit complaints to the support department.
If a complaint is found to be valid, the faulty product will be exchanged for one of comparable value, or if this is not possible (for example, due to a stock shortage), the User will receive a refund of the product's value.
We only offer the unedited versions of every item we sell. The User must confirm that the game he intends to sell in a specific country (such as Germany, Austria, or Japan) is not censored. Such concerns will not be reviewed or taken into consideration.
The cut version may not be the same as the original, uncut version because it has been modified to comply with local laws.
Despite material suggesting that multilanguage games include multiple adapted versions of the product, this may not always be the case. It can result from a specific country's language version being released separately. The platform's operator declines to accept liability in such a case. The User is required to confirm that the Western European version of the game is compatible with the nation he wishes to sell it.
Games with a global release date may not be available in all nations. The game distributor's internal constraints might bring it on. We do not permit order cancellations. We can only cancel a transaction if we don't fulfill the conditions of the agreement on gamescodesale.com's end or if an error was made unintentionally (like a double order). As previously stated, the requirement for a refund is that the key was not downloaded. Therefore, it is not feasible to cancel the order unless the keys are broken. Up to a year from the date of purchase, the User has the right to complain about a flawed key. After a year has passed, complaints lodged won't be considered.
Filing a complaint
If you have a problem with the key (e.g., it has already been used, is invalid, or one letter is missing), please read the instructions carefully for the required steps to solve that case as soon as possible.
- Please check to make sure the key was not duplicated in your system.
- Do not issue a replacement key to your customer until you have heard back from us and have found a solution.

Please also include a snapshot of your client's discussion with Origin, Steam, uPlay, etc. support with their response attached regarding the activation date if the key appears to have been used. Our keys are from authorized distributors, and the activation date is the only method to resolve this issue if there isn't a duplicate key issue with their system. To prevent fraud, do not immediately pay the customer's money back if the key was used after you sent it to them.
Please make sure to fill out all the required fields and include screenshots of the error along with them. In addition, please include a screenshot showing the activation date if the key has already been used.
Only applications that are complete will be handled. If a complaint has been resolved, our Support Team will inform you within two working days.
